There will be women priests "when God wills", for the moment it's better "not to raise the issue". But there is no fundamental obstacle from "a theological prespective", for women to say Mass on the altar.

Just a little thing more: maybe I should send this to the Senhor Cardeal Patriarca, so he can learn that women can never, in the present or the future, be priests!

Yes, by all means let Senhor Cardeal know the truth which he apparently, and sadly, missed during his life and education.
It's not the first time he does a silly thing, not to say another word. Nobody is perfect but if he could follow the doctrine of the Church, it would be easier to go by the right path.
